Raya O'Neal is the Founder and CEO of Rayality Works. Prior to starting her own creative brand building company, Raya worked in the Communications and PR world and established herself as a writer for publications such as Guest of a Guest and Coveteur.

Formerly known as The Director of Communications for The Surf Lodge in Montauk, Raya has played a key role in the many events and partnerships that took place at the iconic location as well as helping open their latest venue in Aspen; The Snow Lodge in Aspen, CO.

Raya has a niche in strategic communications, and works with all brands from startup to corporate. She has a strong focus on co-branded partnerships, experiential activations, influencer outreach, and startup build outs.
